Data & Privacy Protection
- If a technician determines that your machine has been compromised by a virus or other malware, he or she will follow strict protocols to ensure that an appropriate anti-virus software application is installed to prevent further damage is incurred.
- The technician will communicate with you throughout this process to ensure that you are satisfied with the outcome of the intervention.
- ClicklyFix uses Zoom for business in order to enable the technicians to remotely access clients’ computers to diagnose and solve technical issues. Clients are able to view each action during this process, and at no time will the technician need to interact with the clients data without express consent provided.

Secure Payment Processing
All payments are made securely through PayPal. All information that is communicated between your device and PayPal’s servers is secured and encrypted.
