If you are seeking a part-time or full-time IT support position, ClicklyFix offers an extremely flexible work environment.

We are currently recruiting for an IT Remote Support Technician to support our ON-DEMAND IT SUPPORT PLATFORM. We are looking for a qualified IT Technician who is dependable, knowledgeable, and friendly with customers.  

The primary responsibilities will be to remotely connect and maintain computer systems, printers, applications, and networks in a small and medium business environment. The successful candidate must have a thorough knowledge of computer software and hardware and a variety of internet applications, and operating systems.

What You'll Do

  • Connect remotely to our customers’ computers in a timely manner
  • Support Windows and Apple PC’s 
  • Clean Viruses and assist in speeding up computers by removing Malware & Spyware 
  • Troubleshoot Printers / MFP, network equipment 
  • Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems 
  • Other computer issues as needed

What You Offer

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support supporting end-users 
  • In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks.
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to empathize and understand end-user experience to determine root causes of issues.
  • Customer Service focused.
  • Knowledge of Zoom remote support 
  • Positive, proactive, detail-oriented and driven to succeed.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft products 
  • Post-secondary education required (preferably in a technical field).
  • Certifications will be an advantage (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional).
